This page covers the tabs which control the appearance and behavior of auras.
Group
This tab only displays if an aura has been added to a group. Changing a setting here will affect all auras within the group.
The options within this tab control the visual style and location of the auras within the group.
The contents of this tab will change depending on the type of group. Different options are available for Groups than are available for Dynamic Groups.
Display
The options within this tab control the visual style and location of an individual aura. The contents of this tab will change depending on the type of aura. Some options are not available for some aura types and more options are available for some aura types.
Trigger
- Triggers control how and when an aura is activated.
- More than one trigger can be created.
- Different triggers can be reached through the “Choose Trigger” drop down menu.
- For more information on filling out Triggers, see the Creating auras page.
- For Custom Triggers see the Official Wiki.
This drop down menu will only display after more than one trigger has been created.
Required for Activation Drop Down:
- Any Triggers will only require the conditions of one trigger to be met to activate.
- All Triggers will require the conditions of each trigger to be met to activate.
- Custom Function will allow you to set the conditions yourself (detailed explanation and example at the Official Wiki).
Load
The Load tab controls when an aura will load. If the conditions specified in this tab are not met, then the aura will never be displayed even if the conditions in the Trigger tab are met.
Actions
The Actions tab causes special events to occur when an aura is activated: sending a message to chat, playing a sound, having the button glow or even a custom action created by a snippet of code.
Custom Actions can also be used. See the Official Wiki.
Animations
Similar to the Actions tab, the Animations tab causes special animations to occur when an aura is activated, while it is active, or when it completes.
Custom Actions can also be used. See the Official Wiki.
